energizing music with cardio kickboxing, the hottest exercise class
to hit the market.
CKB instructor, Suzie McClelland
has designed
easy, repetitious movements for a full body workout, which utilizes
interval training to maximize fat burning. The second portion
of this fun and fast paced program encompasses a full range of exercises
in which students will train with padded shields, paddles, punching
bags, blocks and more. Suzie’s medium to high impact class will also
improve strength, stamina, muscle tone, coordination, and cardiovascular
health; as well as the added benefit of learning elementary to intermediate
boxing, kickboxing, and martial art technique.
